In last several years we have implemented comprehensive human resources policies to enhance employee capabilities and to establish productive work culture. As a result of this policy, there has been a drastic decrease in employee turn-over rate (employees are no longer quitting on their request), and we have reinforced the company with many great engineers and technical workers.
Giving emphasis to training and development of our employees, we have run many campaigns and programs to enhance productivity. Work attitude that values quality, agility and creativity has become our way of work. The proof is that our targets for quality in 2018 were met with over 80% success rate. We also do “people centered” management by helping our employees improve their living conditions and supporting their housing. This improves employees’ attitude toward work, discipline and responsibility and becomes the basis of our employees’ pride in the company.
